By accessing or using the Walvero platform and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Services.

Walvero provides a digital loyalty platform that enables businesses to create and manage customer loyalty programs. Our Services include, but are not limited to, loyalty card management, points tracking, rewards fulfillment, and customer engagement tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity. You may not share your account credentials with any third party.

If you register for a business account, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the business entity to these Terms. Business accounts are subject to additional terms, including subscription fees and service level agreements.

Business users are responsible for the accuracy of the loyalty program information they publish on the platform, including rewards, point values, and program rules.

You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: manipulating loyalty points or rewards, creating fake accounts, reverse engineering the platform, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these Terms, including removing content and terminating accounts.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Walvero and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.

For paid features of the Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our fees at any time with 30 days prior notice.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walvero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walvero, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Baku, Azerbaijan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
